Meditate: Experience the Light of the Self
arrival Sunday 20 March and departure Saturday 26 March, 2011In the Siddha Yoga Sadhana Retreats, the practices of meditation, chanting, seva, study, dakshina and contemplation are designed around the schedule followed in Siddha Yoga ashrams. This Retreat schedule provides a powerful environment for committed Siddha Yoga students to explore and strengthen their spiritual practices.
In the Retreat you will engage in various meditative approaches to absorb the mind in the light of your own Self. You will also learn how to recognize the presence of the Self within. And, you will improve your ability to clearly articulate and share with others your spiritual experiences.
